Ohad Knoller Yael Levental Pawns

"Ohad Knoller and Yael Levental are wonderful as the prime minister and his wife, who firmly control the imaginary world they have created for themselves. Maayan Blum and Moran Rosenblatt are also excellent as the embarrassed and submissive assistants who slowly join the game. The  result is an original and funny comedic drama, which presents a story of personal but also political tension, which illuminates in a witty way the madness of the systems of political reality in Israel." Shai Bar Yaakov Yedioth Ahronoth

A satirical comedy about political relationships and the politics of relationships.

An unemployed academic at rock bottom is hired as the personal assistant to a mysterious couple who demand that he treat them as if they were the Prime Minister and his wife.
He finds himself drawn into a political love triangle, swept up in scheming and intrigue, and fighting to learn the rules of the game before the coalition collapses and the Prime Minister is forced to retire from political life to look after his own interests

"A crazy farce... Sachs' excellent direction moves the crazy plot in a comic direction, and every laugh leads to more laughter - thanks in large part to a talented and skilled cast that includes Ohad Knoller, Maayan Bloom, Yael Leventhal and Moran Rosenblatt. Also noteworthy are Daphne Peretz's clever set design and Amir Castro's mysterious lighting. The current reality has never seemed more real on the Tmuna Theater stage, thanks to one of the best fringe plays in our region." Dana Shukmacher Maariv

"There is so much wisdom in Noam Gil's satire, to whose credit it can be said that even if we refrain from mentioning the explicit names, we not only understand them, but move between the poles of ridicule and pain at the syndrome they inflict on us. In an era where, like something out of science fiction, the blurring of the boundaries between reality and imagination, between truth and fiction only strengthens the narrative basis of the play." Yuki Lavie, The Marker

"The best Fringe show I've ever seen" Sarah Peled, Salona
