"A good idea that turns into a witty text and takes on a flexible body, with the same explosive energy maintained between each stage, like a refreshing breeze that allows the viewer to surrender with pure pleasure to the circus that is bustling on stage. Layers of absurdity, sophisticated humor and well-orchestrated punches send the viewer like guided missiles into the collective reservoir of the Israeli consciousness. It is well written, properly constructed and wonderfully acted" Merav Yodilevich - The Stage
"There are plays that quietly manage to get under the skin, not through pathos or melodrama, but through continuous laughter, clever quips and a crooked mirror that is placed in front of Israeli society. 'Prequel and Sequel to Inheritors of a Cult', the new play by the Working Group Ensemble directed by Ben Sagarsky, is exactly this type: a smart, sometimes macabre satire that simultaneously manages to make us laugh, challenge us and make us think about who we are as a society." Aviva Rosen, Today's Entertainment
Premiered at the Ephraim Kishon Israeli Comedy Festival with artistic accompaniment by Yiftach Leibovitz
